Request a Pooja

Please print here and mail form & check to Shirdi Sai Center of South Florida, 4761 Raulerson Dr, Lake Worth, FL 33463, USA or personally handover to one of our volunteers during your temple visit.

Please note that all online orders will incur a transaction fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the amount the temple receives.

Please Note:

  • For home services, devotees must provide 'To' and 'From' transportation to the priest.
  • Acharya Sambhavam (offering to the priest) is not included in the fees above and it is optional.
  • Devotee must provide necessary pooja materials.
